Discover which distant and event best fit your body capabilities.Participate in different events. These events will give a runner a feel for competition. Runners always should focus on interval training, which provides a good basis for most track and field disciplines. Interval training involves running shorter distances at a quicker pace with breaks between. During the off-season, some coaches suggest progressive interval training with varied reps and weights when strength training.Then maybe you will be able to try to be try out for a team or a or the Olympics.If you always keep your focus ,and faith in you and what you want to be , and always keep your head and don't let anyone let you down and just put your faith in God!!!! for more info click here

Who is Allyson Felix?

Allyson Felix was the second female to win 3 golden medals .At the IAAF world championships.She was the first women to ever to win three 2oo-meter titles .At the 2008 Olympics games , Felix picked up her second silver medal , finishing as the runner up in the womens 200m in 21.93.In 2007 , Felix became the second women in history to win 3 golden medals at one world championships. She won 200m in a huge personal best of21.81 seconds (1.7 mps wind), the fastest time in women history. For more info click here
